Maryann Misiolek is a real estate investment professional, industrial engineer, and finance manager based in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. As the owner and operator of MarDav Enterprises, LLC, which she co-founded with her husband, Dave, Maryann has spent over two decades revitalizing properties across Central Pennsylvania. Since its formation in 2001 and official incorporation in 2007, MarDav has become known for transforming distressed homes into beautifully restored properties that strengthen local communities. In addition to property rehabilitation, MarDav maintains and manages a portfolio of residential rentals, combining hands-on craftsmanship with sound financial planning.

A graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Management Science, Maryann brings a rare balance of technical precision and business acumen to her work. Her company’s approach mirrors popular home renovation programs like Property Brothers and Flip This House, long before such projects became a media trend.
